Had a client in today and got chatting as I was doing her tattoo. Some woman has been tattooing not only herself and her 11 year old daughter but her daughters mates as well!! Needless to say irate parents and the police were involved. However all they did was to confiscate her equipment saying there was nothing else they could do. Obviously not familiar with the tattooing of minors act or just too much paperwork to be worthwhile. If a registered artist did this they would be crucified. It will take a major outbreak of hepatitis or the like before the powers that be can be bothered to do anything about it but it will be too late for those already infected.
